Return and Refund Policy

At STo AMARO we hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, please read our return and refund policy below carefully.

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of our food products, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Any return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

If the product has been opened or damaged, it cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to return products, as we will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund

Once we have received your return and verified its condition, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding the initial delivery costs, if applicable. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for returned products. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@sto-amaro.com . We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and obtaining a refund or replacement.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund can be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
